This section includes preliminaries and rough layouts that Adrian created prior to completing the finished pages for Runaways. In some cases Adrian did rough layouts and then full size preliminaries prior to completing the finished artwork, in other cases he only did one or the other or would just begin pencilling the finished pages without any preliminary work.

The preliminaries featured in this section are on large (14"x16") paper, with image areas of approximately 10"x15". We will be offering the preliminaries for sale as complete issues, and they are priced as such. Preliminaries are either in pencil and/or ink on paper.

The rough layouts featured in this section are either on(8.5"x11.5") copy paper, drawings on both sides, with between 2 and 4 images per side OR on (11"x17") comic art board, drawings on both sides, with between 2 and 8 images per side.Almost all of the rough layouts are done in ballpoint pen. We will be offering the rough layouts for sale as complete issues, and they are priced as such
